This layered Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip is one of our new favorite summer treats! The kids have been eating more fruit and less dessert. They love the smooth creamy cheesecake paired with a creamy and crunchy strawberry topping. It is so easy to make and you can be done from start to finish in just 15 minutes!

I began with the NEW Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups, which is the first shelf-stable convergence of crunchy granola, real fruit, nuts and yogurt – all in a single serve cup. You can find this at Walmart, in the cereal aisle.

I have seen nothing like this before. You just add COLD milk, stir, and eat! Its satisfying and delicious, with 25 grams of whole grains and 10 grams of protein with 1/2 cup of skim milk.

  • 1 8oz Block Cream Cheese, slightly softened
  • 3Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Quaker Real Medleys Strawberry Almond Yogurt Cup
  • 1/2 Cup COLD Milk

Begin by preparing your Quaker Real Medley Cup. Add 1/2 cup of very cold milk to the cup and follow directions on package to prepare. Once done, set aside.

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream, then begin to blend with an electric mixer, until smooth and creamy. Next add the honey and vanilla. (TIP: Coat your measuring cup with cooking spray before you add the honey and it will slip right out into the bowl!)  Once the mixture is well blended, transfer into your serving bowl. Top with the Strawberry Almond Quaker Real Medleys Yogurt and chill for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit!  The dip is smooth and creamy like cheesecake with the sweet taste of strawberries

We enjoyed this dip 2 ways so far. First we made fruit kebabs. It was fun for the four of us to make them with our favorite fruit combos.

Then for a snack later on, I used some leftover dip to stuff strawberries!

Such a great idea to make a cheesecake dip with yogurt. I could probably just eat spoonfuls of it. #client

That strawberry almond flavor has my mouth watering! I haven’t seen these at the store yet, so I’ll be on the lookout when I go later this week.

It was really tasty and the granola stays crunchy! I was thinking it might have gotten a little soggy in the dip but it didn’t!
