My family has been asking for lasagna and I just haven’t had time to make it. I was roaming through the aisles at Costco earlier today deciding what to make for dinner and it hit me! What if I could turn large ravioli into lasagna?! I vaguely remember hearing someone talking about it a couple of years ago. I boiled the ravioli and layered it with leftover meatballs(sliced), pasta sauce, cheese and spinach. I baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes since most of the food was already warm. I took one photo while assembling it and before I could get the finished dish, everyone was digging in! This really was SO simple to make and more importantly a HUGE hit with the whole family!
