Battle of the Belly Bulge

Did you know….I read there was a study (University of Oxford) that found, on average, people can add up to 3 teaspoons of belly fat within FOUR HOURS of eating a high fat meal.  Fat makes a temporary home around your middle before distributing elsewhere.

This really makes me think twice before I eat something heavy. If you’re going to eat that extra fat, make sure you up the exercise!  Do more cardio!
