I recently made this Butternut Squash Ravioli and it was such a big hit that I had to make it again. Even my “squash hater” loved it and asked me to make it again today.
Butternut Squash Ravioli
- 1 Package Butternut Squash Ravioli
- 4-5 TBSP Butter
- 6 Strips Crispy Bacon, crumbled
- Feta Crumbles
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
Prepare ravioli as directed on package. While the water is boiling, fry your bacon until crispy. I use real bacon crumbles and fry them until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Once it begins to cool, crumble the bacon if using strips. Then melt butter in a small skillet until it begins to brown, then remove from heat. When the pasta is done, drain and lightly toss in the butter. Top with the bacon, add some feta crumbles and top with fresh cracked pepper. So tasty!
This Butternut Squash Ravioli is not only a quick, easy dish you can make on a busy night, but it would also make a wonderful addition to a holiday meal. It could be a first course or even the main dish. Not everyone likes a traditional turkey dinner. If you love pasta, this is a great fall dish to enjoy!
