If you love chai tea lattes, you’re going to love this Chai Spice Monkey Bread! I’m still drooling over this, just hours after inhaling enjoying a nice plate of this warm and decadent treat! Very similar to a traditional monkey bread, but with the added flavor of chai spice! So YUMMY! Great for brunch, a weekend breakfast, after school snack and even dessert! Chai Spice Monkey Bread
- 2 Small Cans of Refrigerator Biscuits, 10 count
- 6 TBSP Butter, melted
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Packets Oregon Chai Tea Latte powder (approx 1/4 Cup)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 10 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Remove refrigerator biscuits from can and cut them into quarters. Place butter in a small microwavable bowl and melt on medium power for 30 second intervals, until melted. Then set aside to slightly cool. In the mean time, mix the brown sugar and Oregon Chai Tea Latte powder together until well blended. Dip each piece of dough in the butter, then carefully roll them in the sugar mixture. Place them evenly in the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
After removing from the oven, allow the Chai Spice Monkey Bread to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving. Carefully invert onto a platter. Enjoy!
