Chia Seeds are rich in antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3, calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Sprinkle them on food, add to baked goods or smoothies.
Makes a great tapioca-like pudding too!
2 Cups Milk (cow, coconut, or almond)
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tbsp Honey or Agave
Mix well and chill overnight.
Top with fruit, nuts or granola.
Variation – Add cocoa powder to mixture for a chocolate pudding.
