I have been using this Organic Vitamin C Serum By Pure Body Naturals for about 3 weeks. First, let me say that I am always intrigued by any organic or natural beauty product, so I was excited for the opportunity to try this product. The bottle arrived carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and the eye dropper applicator was packaged separately. I use about half of one dropper full of the serum. It glides on your skin easily and I smooth it over my face and neck, prior to my moisturizer.
Confession time – I did not use the serum every single day, but a minimum of 4-5 times per week. I am definitely seeing some results and am quite pleased. Just a few days ago, I noticed that the hyper pigmentation I had along my cheekbone is gone! Some of the sun spots on my face have begun to fade as well! The overall feeling of my face is a bit more firm than it was before too. I am still seeing some of my fine lines, but as mentioned, my usage has not been as consistent as it should have been. I am continuing to use the serum, more frequently and will update any progress.
I think for best results with any skin care product, you must use it for several weeks before you can truly see any benefits or changes in your skin. A review that I previously read mentioned that this product is better for someone younger, but I do not agree with that. I am also over 40 and though my skin feels tighter after it dries up, my skin does not feel “dry” at all. I tend to have drier skin, so I always use a moisturizer after serum. Its what works best for my skin. This product does not require the use of a moisturizer, but if you do use one, be sure to apply the serum on your clean skin, prior to moisturizer application.
I think the overall value is very good. I have tried other Vitamin C Serums that cost so much more and didn’t have any noticeable results. I would buy this product in the future and do recommend trying it! Specific product details and ordering information can be found here.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Nor will I be compensated for any purchases resulting from this post.
