Yesterday’s after school snack was this delicious smoothie! Unfortunately, they grabbed the cups and woofed them down before I could snap a photo! That FAST!
- 2 Very Ripe Bananas
- 1/4-1/3 Cup *Coconut Milk (regular or almond milk can be used)
- Big Tablespoon of Raw Honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1-2 Cups of Ice (depends on desired consistency)
Blend in Vitamix (or blender) on Variable setting 1, then quickly increase to 10.
Drizzle caramel around the inside of your glass, then pour smoothie in. So delicious!
* I used vanilla flavored coconut milk for my recipe.
Variation – If you want soft serve ice cream instead, use 3 bananas, 1/4 cup milk and slowly add 2-2 1/2 cups ice. Adjust amount of ice to desired thickness. Increase to High setting on Vitamix. Either top with caramel or toss in chocolate chips at the very end.
