Here is a great morning smoothie that is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals!
Blueberry Kale Smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1-2 Handfulls Chopped Kale
- 5-6 Baby Carrots
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 -2 Tsp Raw Organic Honey
- 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in Vitamix or other blender and blend until smooth.
This smoothie, with a couple of eggs on the side, is one of my favorite pre-work out breakfasts!
