Time to get your greens on! This smoothie is delicious and packed with nutrients! I drink this in the morning before I go to the gym with a hard boiled egg. I have plenty of energy and feel great. The best part is that you don’t taste anything GREEN!
- Chopped Kale, a handful
- Baby Spinach, a handful
- Clementine Oranges, 2
- Peaches, 1 Cup fresh or frozen
- Pear, 1
- Raw Honey, to taste (I add about 2 TBSP)
- Chia Seeds, 1 TBSP
- 1 Cup Liquid – Water, Green Tea, Natural Juice – Your choice!
- * If you are not using frozen fruit, add about 1/2 Cup Ice
